OneOdio PRO10 DJ Headphones

OneOdio PRO10 DJ Headphones Review – Surprised Me In All the Right Ways

I wasn’t planning to be impressed.

I just wanted a decent pair of wired headphones. Something I could use at home for editing videos, listening to music, and maybe zoning out when the world got too loud. I didn’t expect anything amazing. Just something that works.

These headphones sound really good!

But after using the OneOdio PRO10 DJ headphones for a few weeks, I realized I might’ve found a rare thing—a budget headphone that doesn’t feel cheap.

Here’s what happened.

I Was Tired of Headphones That Were Either Too Cheap or Too Expensive

Every time I looked online, it felt like I had to choose between two options:

  • Super cheap headphones that break in a month

  • Or expensive ones with features I don’t even need

Quality Headset on a Budget!

I wanted something simple. Just plug and play. Good sound, comfortable fit, and strong enough to survive daily use. Bluetooth wasn’t important to me. In fact, for editing or serious work, I prefer wired. It’s more stable, no lag, no battery to worry about.

That’s when I came across the OneOdio PRO10. I saw the price and thought, “Alright, worth a shot.”

Didn’t expect much. But once it arrived, everything changed.

First Feel: Solid and Comfortable

The first thing I noticed? These headphones felt more solid than I expected.

Not heavy, but definitely not flimsy. The ear cushions are soft, and they completely cover your ears. That’s a big deal for comfort and also helps block outside noise. I’ve worn them for hours without any discomfort.

Dj style headphones with rotating ear pads

The headband is adjustable and feels stable. It doesn’t slip or feel loose. You can tell it’s made for regular use.

Another nice surprise—it comes with two cables. One has a mic and remote (good for calls or online meetings), and the other is a longer coiled one (great for music or studio use). Both plug into the headphones directly, so if the cable breaks, you don’t have to replace the whole thing.

That’s rare in this price range.

Sound Quality: More Than I Hoped For

Now let’s talk about sound.

I thought I’d get something “okay” — nothing special. But these headphones actually sound really good, especially if you like a bit of bass.

Great sound and affordable.

Here’s what I noticed:

  • The bass is deep, without being too much

  • Voices are clear, whether it’s music, podcasts, or YouTube

  • The highs are clean, not sharp or painful

It’s not a flat or neutral sound like studio headphones. It’s more fun. Music feels alive. Whether I was listening to hip-hop, pop, or even lo-fi beats while working, it all sounded rich and full.

And the volume? You don’t need to turn it up too high. Around 60–70% is loud enough for most situations. Even at full volume, the sound didn’t distort.

Honestly, for this price, I didn’t expect this level of sound quality.

Noise Isolation: Not Fancy, But It Works

These headphones don’t have active noise canceling.

But guess what?

For me, they do what they need to do - which isn't much.

You don’t really miss it. The ear cups fit so well around your ears that they block a lot of outside noise on their own. I used them in a busy café once, and I could barely hear anything around me.

It’s not total silence, but it’s enough to help you focus. Also, people around you won’t hear your music unless you blast it. So they’re great for shared spaces.

Works With Everything (No Adapter Needed)

One thing I didn’t expect was how easy these headphones are to use with different devices.

They have two jacks — a normal 3.5mm and a larger 6.35mm. That means:

  • Plug into your phone, tablet, or laptop

  • Or connect to an audio interface, amp, or mixer — no adapter needed

Not bad.

This is especially useful if you switch between regular use and some light music work. I’ve used them for both editing and casual listening, and they’ve handled everything without issue.

Another cool thing? You can connect two headphones together using the ports. So if you want to share audio with someone, just plug theirs into yours.

Built to Last (If You Take Care)

Cheap headphones usually break within months. That’s what I expected.

But the OneOdio PRO10? After regular daily use, they still look and feel good.

  • The headband holds up well

  • The ear cushions didn’t flatten out

  • The folding hinges didn’t get loose

  • The cables still work like new

Great

I’m not rough with my gear, but I don’t baby it either. These have been tossed into my bag, used for calls, travel, and long hours of work. They’ve held up without any cracks or weird issues.

That’s rare in this price range.

The Not-So-Great Parts (Let’s Be Real)

No product is perfect, and this one isn’t either. Here’s what I think could’ve been better:

  1. No Bluetooth – If wireless is important for you, these won’t help

  2. Sound is more fun than accurate – So not ideal for detailed studio mixing

  3. No carrying case included – You’ll have to store them safely yourself

But at this price, I’m okay with those trade-offs.

Amazing pair of headphones

Who These Headphones Are Best For

From what I’ve seen, the OneOdio PRO10 is perfect for:

  • Anyone who wants good sound on a budget

  • People working from home or doing calls all day

  • Students needing focus while studying

  • Light music production or DJ practice

  • People who prefer wired headphones

If you’re looking for studio-level flat sound or all the wireless features, you’ll need to spend more. But if you just want something that works and sounds good — these hit the mark.

Final Thoughts: More Than Just “Good for the Price”

Before I tried them, I thought the OneOdio PRO10 would just be “okay.”

Now, I’d say they’re one of the best value headphones I’ve ever used.

It’s a yes for me

Great comfort, solid build, rich sound, and smart features — all without burning a hole in your wallet.

I’m still using them daily, and they continue to impress. If you’re thinking about getting a pair, I’d say go for it. You might be as surprised as I was.
